Eli Cohen’s team takes the brokers on personalized tours of the facility, and supplements the information with displays of floorplans and amenities, and brochures. The catered breakfast or lunch is a great way for the brokers to continue the conversation in an informal setting. Eli Cohen Real Estate is known for its excellent food and beautiful presentation; brokers tell us that if it’s an Eli Cohen affair, it will be top notch. There is no charge to the building owners for this great marketing tool.
