When making a career change in 1986, Charles Williams investigated many New Jersey brokerage companies and chose to join Eli Cohen Real Estate. Since that time, he has specialized in leasing and sales of office and medical properties throughout northern New Jersey, as well as Rockland and Orange Counties in New York. He has also completed many transactions in the industrial sector.
Charles’s extensive executive management experience and people skills hold him in good stead as he negotiates the myriad facets of the real estate industry. He is respected for his diligence and loyalty to his clients and his professional interaction with the brokerage community.
Before joining Eli Cohen Real Estate, Charles spent eight years as General Manager of Sterling Forest Conference Center. He was also the founder and first president of the International Association of Conference Centers (IACC). As chairman of the Board of Directors, Charles oversaw the establishment of the charter and its first annual conference. IACC has since expanded to over 300 member facilities worldwide.
