Jack Cohen has been engaged in the commercial and industrial brokerage business with Eli Cohen Real Estate for more than forty years, primarily arranging for the sale and leasing of industrial facilities to a variety of firms. Jack was also actively involved in the construction industry as a builder of both commercial and residential properties. He works closely with clients to assist in their requirements for rental and sale of property in New York and New Jersey.
Jack is known for his extensive knowledge of industrial properties. He values his relationships with the brokerage community, clients, buyers, and sellers alike. In fact, he finds the real estate business both interesting and stimulating — the driving force that motivates his daily activity.
