The client had worked with dozens of brokers over the years. At midnight, when the fire engines were outside his premises, he called Eli Cohen Real Estate.

After watching his Bronx warehouse burn to the ground, the customer called Jack Cohen at midnight.

Within 48 hours, Jack had located a suitable 26,000 SF replacement facility on five acres in Rockland County for the now homeless firm. He then arranged for the sale of the building from a major corporation in cross-country telephone negotiations. The owner immediately moved his company out of the building and Jack closed the deal.

The buyer had been seeking space with many brokers for years, and ultimately called upon Eli Cohen Real Estate to produce under difficult circumstances.
